Mugwort (Black ) Sage Smudge Stick aka Dream Weed

The Black Mugwort Smudge Stick I have are appx. 5"long, and the bundles are hand tied.

Black Sage is also known as Dream Weed, Mugwort, and Magical Sage for its uique ability to stimulate dreams. Black Sage is used for purifying the atmosphere, dispersing negative energy and for protection. It's soothing, relaxing aroma can be used to aid meditation or be burned simply for enjoyment.

When lighting the smudge stick you want the smoke, (like when you light an incense stick, you let it burn just a bit and then blow it out) It's wise to have an abalone shell or a fire proof bowl held under the smudge stick as they can drip embers, and it's better to be safe then sorry.   Please be cautious and burn safely.
