Dyed Blue Howlite Tumbled Stone from Madagascar.  Howlite is originally a white stone with patterns like turquoise so its often sold as "dyed blue turquoise" on the market but it really is Dyed Blue Howlite. Because these stones are dyed the colors can vary from a turquoise to a darker blue. 
 It is an extremely calming stone,  stills the mind and is excellent for sleep and meditation,  teaches patience and helps to eliminate rage and uncontrolled anger.
